During an interview on The Howard Stern Show on Monday, Nick Cannon expressed his desire to meet Taylor Swift at midnight. The 42-year-old comedian and television personality joked about wanting to have a baby with the newly-single Swift, who coincidentally considers 13 her lucky number.
Cannon is already a father to 12 children from six different mothers, and when asked if he was done having kids, he jokingly admitted he didn’t know how to answer the question correctly. However, he did say that any future mothers of his children would have to be amazing.
When Stern asked Cannon who his top pick would be, Cannon hesitated but eventually responded with a laugh, “I’m not doin’ this. I can see the headlines.” Stern then suggested Swift, and Cannon immediately agreed, praising her as an “amazing songwriter” and admiring her vulnerability in her music.
Cannon also noted that he and Swift could bond over their shared experience of dating in the public eye. He shared that he thinks they could understand each other well, saying, “Me and Taylor’s numbers are very similar when we’re talking about being in these streets.”
Cannon is set to host a new radio show called The Daily Cannon, which begins on Monday, April 24 at 9 a.m. ET on Amazon AMP.
