The Margaritaville Compass Hotel will soon be opening in Naples, Florida, located on the Stay Bridge along Tamiami Trail. This boutique hotel is owned by TPI Hospitality, the same company behind the popular Margaritaville Hotel on Fort Myers Beach.
The hotel will have 120 rooms and a cocktail bar with the label “It’s five o’clock somewhere”. The hotel’s location is only three minutes away from the closest beach access point, making it a convenient spot for travelers.
While there is no word yet on how many jobs the new hotel will bring to the area, TPI Hospitality plans to start construction on the Compass Hotel in July, with reservations opening up for guests on the same day. The hotel is scheduled to open in December of this year.
It’s an exciting new development for the Naples area, and travelers will soon have a new option for a comfortable and stylish stay.
